    In this one-hour session Fit Pregnancy Club founder and mom of three, Carolina Gunnarsson, will discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly of what to expect after birth alongside Pebble’s Program Director and Certified Nurse-Midwife, Tanya Tringali, and mama, blogger, and holistic health coach, Allie Hiller @healthyalibi.

    They’ll discuss their own real experiences of post-birth recovery and bring you expert advice on what you might encounter and what you should focus on from when you’re still in the hospital through your first year of being a new mom.
